Refund policy
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- We have a 10-day return policy. This means that you have 10 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. Please note that all customized merchandise, clearance merchandise and gift cards are non-refundable. All sales are final for these items.
- Merchandise must be received back to Brindle Blue within 10 days of return request approval.
- Items must be unworn/unused (including free of any smells, stains, holes) with all tags/stickers, and in its original packaging. If the merchandise is not returned back to us in its original condition allowing for resale then a store credit will not be granted.
- You will also need to enclose the receipt or proof of purchase with return package.
- Once we’ve received, inspected and approved your return, a store credit will be issued via the email you provided with order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
- You are responsible for paying all shipping cost associated with returning merchandise.
- We highly recommend securing a tracking number for your return as Brindle Blue will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT ARRIVED DAMAGED OR I RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM?
- Please contact us immediately at returns@brindlebluecompany.com if any merchandise was damaged during shipment or if you received a wrong item.
- We will evaluate the issue promptly to make sure that everything is made right!
- Upon approval of return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send back the damaged or incorrect merchandise.
- All damaged merchandise will be replaced with the exact item (no exceptions unless items are no longer available) and all incorrectly shipped items will be replaced with the correct item that was originally ordered (no exceptions unless items are no longer available). If items are no longer available, a store credit will be issued.
